Keep telling yourselves that. Makes writing those checks less painful. Maybe the ECNL girls should join etfc. Bit of a commute but less money flushed away.

        The games I saw

Where OPL teams played OYSA the OPL teams took a whipping. One game the OYSA team put three points in crossfire in less than 3 minutes. Ouch!

But how can that be? FCP ECNL U17 and U18 each only beat them 2-0. Hmmmmmmmm.

I'm sure that's the way you want to justify the fact that ETFC is better than the trash ECNL teams that you fly all over the country to play. And how are the U18s doing in NWCL? At least the U17s are beating backup ECNL players along with RCL teams that are one step above rec. But $9K-$10K buys you mediocre development apparently.

                I know, right?!

They should have entered FWRL and dogged it. Think of the money they would save not getting out of their flight.

The ECNL teams are actually winning games, something the Thorns Academy can't claim, even playing against inferior FWRL and OYSA competition.

Winning games against terrible competition, that's the ECNL way.
