No, CU did. But they won't post the scores, too embarassing for them to have lost.

Not yet, but I was told they were heading there to replace not going to Surf Cup.

What does mass exodus have to do with me hanging out on a sunny beach in San Diego in July/Aug ? Do they have sunny beaches in Medford??

Why is competition and development better in Medford as opposed to Florida, Texas and Southern Cal ???

If competition is always better in Texas or Florida then if you play Medford in Texas it is suddenly good competition.

It is because there may be a college coach in FL or TX. I can guarantee that there won't be one in Medford.

That's pretty much how it works with this guy. He's trying to justify his decision. But if you press about offers, he will reply that it's not about getting offers. So it's not about offers up until presented with the fact that the competition isn't that good so it's not about competition and it's not about development. I think the only give is that it's about money. Lots and lots of money.

Easy. Don't have your DK play competitive soccer. That would save him lot's of money. Then he wouldn't feel the need to post on TS. We will all be much better off that way.

4th was disappointing, but our coaches said they hope to do better next year. We're o.k. with our decision. My dad is use to making bad ones though.

Did the Thorns have to play much in Medford?

The issue isn't spending money. The issue is throwing it away. If you spend a lot of money you should get some value from it. Portland ECNL isn't delivering it. Tryouts are going to be really sparsely attended next year.

You should be glad that ECNL parents are contributing to the economy. Maybe some of that money will end up in your pocket via your EBT card handout from Obama.

FWRL is much better competition than the FC Portland showcase that you people are having to pay for. How was playing Washington B and C teams???? 10k a year for that?? Wouldn't be talking about competition when the ECNL teams competition make Thorns academy look like MLS.

ECNL conference???? Oh yeah, Idaho and a Utah club teams who don't even score 6 goals all year......WOW but at least you will be able to be competitive then.

You keep working to pay for your kids club dues, they seem to be working well considering your teams are losing players like they have ebola there..

GO ahead a reply to this once you get off of work at 10pm. That overtime will help you pay for your kid to maybe get some more playing time.

Oregon ECNL teams aren't delivering on what they said.

Competition = NOPE. Actually worse considering how bad they are doing against REALLY subpar teams.

Coaching = Let the player attrition answer that question.

Development = HA. Sucks to think that you people are slaving away to put your kid on a club team to play soccer and their development potential with high rosters, guest players, bad competition, sub par coaching, and mediocre teams.........How' that overtime treating you?

Parents? LOL some of them are already fighting with the ones who talked out of the asssses to get people to come play and now once they realize that person was full of it, they are feuding.
