By the way the FC Westchester team will be merging with an average travel team (Everton) for those of you who don't know. They better hope for a big turnout at tryouts.

They will pick up a few players from Beachside and NYRB, and will improve their lot overall.

Incorrect, Everton is not a travel team but a premier team. They have numerous teams and have turned out a lot of talent in the last several years especially in the younger age groups. They won Ct state cup last year at u13.

This talent includes several players on NYRB including two brothers called into U14 national teams. Now these younger players have the option to stay in the Everton family

Incorrect Everton is a premier club with travel teams now. All the talent has left to BS, Oakwood, and RB. Just wait for June and the mass exodus of rest of talent will begin. Everton can not hold onto them. They won't be able to compete at any age level for state cup this year.

So if kids are graduating to academy and per academy teams is that a bad thing? You maybe right as it relates to this year but now with DAP badge they will hold on to that talent in the future

So what club are you a coach of

Game reports anyone? See Bolts 18s came a little short, and Revs' managed a tie. Didn't see 16s.

Bolts U18 lost 4-2. U16's lost 3-1. Horrible coaching decisions all day long in that game

U16s was a surprisingly good game. Tied for much of the game. RB went ahead late in the game for a second time. The last goal was scored after the Bolts brought everyone forward. It appeared that the coach decided to tie or lose big. That is not a bad decision. Only bad decision was not to bring up a forward earlier and play 3 in the back. Playing 4 in the back down 1 goal is not going to win a game.

Pulling MK out of the game minutes after he scored the tying goal was not a good decsion also.

Heard Bolts released a player already. Nice, now that all the rosters have to be submitted to region 1
