What’s TBU’s excuse this year for not getting Girls DA or FULL Boys DA? Last year TBU claimed that you didn’t apply after you got passed over? This year they applied for both again and got shutout again. Clearly the message from US Soccer is that you don’t develop. You only recruit from other clubs. Let’s see how you spin it this time around.

We’ll see how long the top players on your teams stay at TBU. ECNL is the 2nd tier. GDA is the Top Tier and has the best competition and top players at clubs Nationwide. The egos of the TBU parents won’t last staying in a lesser league. You did a good job of keeping kids when all you had was NPL and others had ECNL. I think your job is harder with US Soccer behind GDA. It’s only a matter of time before kids migrate to GDA clubs.

Parents and players who know they will not make DA next season.

It's actually the 2nd tier players and parents that are most gullible and easily swayed with the "highest league" argument - that is why the GDA teams are struggling so much this year - they don't have the Top Tier players in the area.

There’s no shame in playing ECNL. It’s not the same as before GDA started, but better than the local leagues. The level has gone down from u14 and up. Only the best will want to challenge themselves against other GDA teams.

Never will they get DA. what does that tell you? The belief that the quality of staff is in place to handle and follow a proper curriculum doesn't exist people. Wake up. TBU is a wasteland of several teams and lure parents over from small clubs only to end with little player development. Its an organized fleecing of your wallet. Enjoy.

Hand-Me if Jill Ellis was standing next to Yo-Yo at every practice.
