Funny, if you read the story, the problem seems to be the Breakers are holding the league back because they won't spend the money everyone else is. Must be something about Boston that everyone else can make money and wants to invest in the league but somehow its impossible here.

They are in a financial crises. It’s not about if a a group/club has money to buy the Breakers, it’s if they want to walk into a situation where they know they are going to lose millions from the word go paying off debts, and is near impossible that they will see any financial return what so ever.
