Reality, facts and the current situation prove that Weston is going down because of their lies about high schools soccer, recruiting too many players for the same position, not addressing coaches abuse of players, coaches bullying parents, poor choice of coaches.

I don't think TM can coach in the DA because he doesn't have a high enough license.

I think the new guy is the DOC for GDA and TM is the Girls DOC for everything else since there is no licensure requirement for their non-DA teams.

My daughter's team had multiple knee and foot injuries this year, not to mention concussions. Believe it or not, sometimes a roster of 20 doesn't seem enough depending on when the injuries occur and how severe. You need a deep bench as injuries are part of sport and only having 15 to 16 kids on your team is asking for trouble. But 24 is way too many. Question is what is the magic number?

18 is a great number, as long as there's no dropoff in play when the subs come in.

You can start with as big a roster as you want but as kids realize they are not playing, they move on. Started with 24, finished with 15 after initial drop outs and then the injury bug.

The problem is it is still about winning regardless of what anyone says. Even with the 25% start rule, saw kids go in for 5 or 10 min and then site the rest of the game.

Things are not going to change in Weston. Thousands of players and hundreds of coaches and managers. Maybe in 3 years when Weston FC changes to FC Weston Prime.
