Just say what team the player is on, we'll go have a look in the next 1-2 weeks. Unlikely to get the 18/19 roster, but we'll send someone, have a look at the team, his play, and have him on the radar.

Awkward being a public forum, but why not.
He will be moving teams in the fall and very excited about the move. I think he is young enough that there will be plenty of opportunity to play for NYCFC if he wants to pursue that and is good enough. I think the club we are moving to will actually support kids that want to aim for the pros. Unlike the current club that gets talked about a lot.

No idea if you're really a NYCFC talent scout, but curious, do you guys scout at the NYCSL CoE?

Yes you can contact the club, that is always an option for you. Or you can ask a question here in this public anonymous forum, and you will get from me a straight honest answer.

                  Try it.

Judge for yourself the quality of the answer. Just because its anonymous and public doesn't mean its not valuable.

                  Truth is in the pudding.

The pudding tells me that honest answers are often elusive on this anonymous public forum. But you sound like a real straight shooter, so you have been deemed trustworthy. Thank you. If anyone has any other questions we should all just contact you directly?

Players continue to get invites, rosters are not yet set for 18/19.

Talent ID invites will continue to go out, the process will not be completely until the end of June.

We've seen a lot of players, most of which are either on par with our current rosters or not there yet overall. We continue to look for stand out elite talent, and will put the work in to find it.

Next year we'll be even stronger at expanding the net to increase the blanket of ID.

But to answer your question, no we're not done yet.

They're all but done. Might save 1-2 spots in the younger ages in case an undiscovered gem shows up at mass tryouts.

                              07 spots remain
                              06 spots remain
                              05 spots remain

and we would never pass an elite player up in any age group. We'd find a way to move a player up, and make room on a roster for an elite talent.

Bottom half players .... take note (at every club this is true, even if the roster swells to 100+).
