These types of accounts need fully accounting and transparent so nobody is guessing or wondering. If you can handle that, you should not be responsible for funds. Some of these accounts can hold a lot of money early in the year/season.

I'm a team treasurer and anytime someone wants to see my tracking sheet they are welcome to it. It's their money, I'm just keeping track of it so there's enough in there when the manager signs us up for tournaments. Not sure why it's so secretive. It's not like parents can't look up with these tournaments cost. Heck, I usually tell them what they cost when we are talking on the sidelines.

What happens is parents keep paying into team account when the team manager says more money is needed in the team account. But sometimes a family is delinquent paying into the team account even though the main club fees are being paid. Thus, the other team parents have to pay more to cover for the free riders.

Bubb is wasting his talents in Jacksonville. He needs to come to Orlando and clean house. Way better player pool. He would win many national titles in Orlando. He is too big for Jacksonville.

If anything, whatever little compensation FESA gives to the JCP community, they extract while tearing up Veterans Park. My kid plays for Bubb. Our team sucked before he became our coach. He has come in and turned a team that was losing bad into a team that is now one the best in the nation. The guy is an awesome coach. What he has done is genius. You guys bad mouthing him have no clue. We are very lucky and fortunate to have him coach our kids. He is incredible. Our results, because of him, are amazing.

Plus he does not have a coaching license and his W-L record is shocking. Look for him to be demoted to NPL or Palm Coast/Tallahassee next year. Bubb is sharpening the axe as we speak.
