Republicans now fully control 27 legislatures, while Democrats control 19. In most states, the party that controls the legislature also holds the governor's office. I wonder if the migration of people from blue to states to red staes will continue at its current pace or ramp up even more.
Here are the ten states with the largest net migration outflow from 1993-2008:

This obviously is counting tax payers. My guess is the tables would be reversed if you were counting illegals and other trough drinking types. Way to keep losing those congressional seats blue states.

Hey Republican't Moron. Google 'gains in state legislatures' and you will find that EVERY article on the first page of returned results is about the gains Democrats made in state legislatures in the 2012 election. It took me literally 5 seconds to do this.
Talk about low IQ.

We'll take NY, PA and NJ and you can have the rest. NY'ers may be loud and obnoxious but at least they are fun people who have a grip on reality.

Until they push the mute button on the religious right they will continue to lose support.
90% of the country is fed up with Christian fundamentalists. Including most Christians I know. I spent my first 17 years living in a fundamentalist household. I moved out when I was 18 because I could not stand the judgmental and controlling aspects of their doctrine and the way it warped my parent's world view.
