You can’t hide mediocrity. That’s all you will ever get from Bubb and FESA, all while he gets wealthy in the process. Developing players up to U12 is the issue. Coaches have to come in and fix lack of technique, creativity and awareness. You would think UEFA A Alberto would be on top of that, being pretty much the highest licensed coach in Florida.

The coaches on the baby fields are hacks and the talent ID fairly corrupt after the few best players per age group. And even some of them flop when they age up. FESA is nothing about the future but desperately trying to scrap out wins week to week to post up on social media how happy and great they are. Until they aren't.

I find it amazing how defenders of this team and Dean, and how FESA is run, in general will be fast to say how team is "improving". Maybe so but guess what? Other clubs (not JFC) are improving too. More than FESA! FESA will never be legit when their recipe for success is stealing a few JFC girls from average to worse team, plugging in random coaches, and claiming your great because you might be better than a JFC program and teams that are circling the toilet on their own. Congrats FESA. You are the shiote! How about you give Bubb another 5 year contract and raise to 300K per year. He sure deserves it.

If you suck, it is what it is. I think it is more an indictment of the club and leadership than individual team and/or players. The FESA player/coach system is very weak and this team just happens to be one of many poster-children team for "big club gone bad" run by *********s in it for only money. Yours and as much as they can get away with while holding your local soccer park hostage.
