Schedules? Would love to know if we have to go to roseburg or Medford or wherever the hell rvt plays or if they come here?? I am sure the teams in the bend bracket would love to know as well. Oysa get your **** together and put out the schedule so those of us with lives can schedule and plan accordingly. And save the "ask your manager" Line because you have asked them not to release the schedule early.....

Originally posted by Unregistered View PostTalk to your team manager; they know already. (As far as long distance travel goes; the only metro team going to Medford is WT Samba; the teams with trips to Bend are Corvallis and BSC).
For three-team groups, the home/road scheduling works like this:
1 at 4
2 at 1
3 at 1
3 at 2
4 at 2
4 at 3.
In other words, higher seed gets the home game EXCEPT the top seed travels to play the bottom seed.
In Group E, Bend is #1, IFC is #2, NEU is #3, and BSC is #4, so it's Bend at BSC, IFC at Bend, NEU at Bend, NEU at IFC, BSC at IFC, and BSC at NEU. The bracket divisions have already been posted, and the formula for assigning home/road is not a secret.
In Group D, Corvallis and SSC both travel to Eugene, Corvallis and Eugene travel to Beaverton to play Copa, SSC also travels to Corvallis.
In Group C, Samba has road games against 4H in Salem, and RVT in Medford--and gets ADF at home. (Lucky them). RVT plays at 4H and ADF. 4H plays at ADF.
In Group B, IFC Cuervos and LYS get to travel to Salem to play CFC; CFC travels to the metro area to play Crossfire.
In Group A, WA Timbers plays at FC, FC plays at PCU, and PCU gets to experience the Harmony parking lot.
As far as the actual schedules, those have not been published yet, so don't ask.
You're welcome.

One new thing in the rules--a section prohibiting "match manipulation" (two teams cooperating to achieve a tie, for instance). Don't recall that last year, and there was at least one instance (not in Oregon) where two teams did this hoping both would advance, but IIRC may have been booted instead.
