Love it. Coaches responsible for players using their minds. A good coach can make all the difference.

A players needs to LISTEN to the coach and trust the coach in order for the player to grow mentally.

What do you think a kid will do when he has the ball on the wing and his dad is screaming for him to make a goal? Run to the corner and lose the ball. He won't make the pass to his attacking midfielder or even cut and look to put a ball in the box.

A kid that grows mentally is one that has a parent that lets the coach work.

It also helps for the kid to be smart. No way around this. Its like being fast or big. Its an attribute you are born with.
