Question about TBU
This is a real question. Please provide a real answer and not some slam or snarky comment for your amusement.....
Why is there only one TBU academy team? Why are there not older ages like the other academies? Will there be next year?

The U-13/U-14 development academy was launched just a couple years ago. At that age, it was determined by U.S. Soccer that it was important to have more regional games and reduce travel. Hence, U.S. Soccer accepted additional clubs at this age group only. You will also notice U.S. Soccer does not keep track of standings at the U-14 age group because they want the focus to be on development not winning. At the older ages, U.S. Soccer expects the better players to merge into a Full Academy program.
