That includes anyone that went outside of tri state + Pennsylvania for more than 24 hours.
Eg ECNL teams that play in Maryland or GAL teams from Florida.

No, there never was a mandate to quarantine when returning to NJ from any state. It was always voluntary by the family. The club could implement their own protocols for training upon retruning to NJ. This was a Jefferson Cup discussion and the mandatory mandate agrument was shown to be false. There where no issues with any of the teams returning home to NJ that played in the Jefferson Cup. If there were, the news media would have been tripping over themselves to report it.

if you read the state site it's not 100% clear - something like "it isn't the law" but "it's expected" that you quarantine or get tested. Schools and employers may have a different take on it and require it. NJ one of the last states with some kind of pseudo quarantine and they should just take it down. No one will follow it at this point

NJ is still one of the highest in total cases per 1m people (10th), new daily cases (6th), deaths (6th) and total cases (6th). I know everyone is tired of regulations, masks and the rest of this crap but it would be horrible if after almost a year and a half with an end in sight if **** got real bad again because people wanted to just do what they wanted?

How many on here know at least 1 parent who's family was in contact or even had a positive diagnosis but never notified the team or still had their kid going to school? As an example, our team has parents refusing to quarantine after an out of state tournament. They sent kids to school and the team still had practice. Parents have sudo bragged about getting tested but never notified the team including 1 whos family turned up positive. This isn't some podunk township or low level EDP team either. This is an ECNL team and no one seems to care.

If people and clubs aren’t following the guideline why even go through the shanenigans of wearing masks to and from the parking lot on the sidelines etc. aren’t those just “guidelines” as well??? You see how pathetically hypocritical not following guidelines is?
