Coaches with funny accents have all the players believing that if they don't push the team they will be behind everyone else, meanwhile no players can dribble or trap a ball.

I suspect there is likely some very dirty stuff being covered up at FESA to keep Bubb in the job still so long while paying him more and more. Zero results. Zero accountability. Steve Mail is the common denominator on the Board all along. The clown show goes on.

no dirt, they just squash anyone who speaks truth to power. Just look at all the parents that have been banned from the club in the last 5 years. This will be Bubb's 8th season, can't blame lack of techinical skills on Creeks Soccer anymore.

Nothing will change until they both go, no quality people will be associated, those that they did bring in, all left quickly. It needs a total reboot of coaches, directors and philosophy from top to bottom. There’s potential in FESA simply due to the number of players, there’s decent talent, but the development plan in non existent and they get exposed every single time they travel out of N Florida. How much longer are parents willing to put up with it is the question? You’ve made Bubb a millionaire for Christ’s sake!

Right. But what is Steve Mail's agenda here? The damage is done. His kids playing days are long past. It's not like FESA is thriving and JFC is down. They are both pathetic playing the same game of chasing money and numbers with tiddly wink politics at the highest levels affecting roster decisions not to mention a lot of money being paid to leaders of non-profits that don't actually coach the kids and don't really lead unless you consider blowing hot air leadership. All they got is control of the taxpayer-funded fields like hijackers.
