Being clueless is one thing, being unethical is another. Everyone knows the kind of person SB is but he doesn’t hide his intentions. Anyone who thinks Munoz has good intentions for the kids and families believes in Santa and the Easter Bunny. Coaches left because they didn’t get paid, I’m sure Munoz had no problem collecting his wages and living his sellout suburban lifestyle.

Munoz is a piece of shiit! I heard it from Chris Brunner. I think Chris lent him some money and Munoz hasn't paid it back.

They definitely won't be playing at Riverttown but do have Rivertown locked up for tryouts.

Hey Alberto, maybe they can get you a spelling license to go along with the mail order euro A coaching license you claim to have?

Why would codfish lend him money?

To: RJ Larizza, St. Johns County State Attorney; St. Johns County Commissioners; Doug Bataille and staff, St Johns County Parks & Recs; Justin Barney, News4Jax; Will Brown, St Augustine Record; Chris Porter, First Coast News; Brent Martineau, Action News Jax, Florida Elite Soccer Academy, Board of Directors; Pat Cannon, Executive Director, Jacksonville Football Club; Casey O’Linn, Executive Director Ancient City, St Augustine; David Gough, Director of Coaching Ancient City, St. Augustine; Diego Velazquez, Director of Coaching Ponte Vedra Soccer; Felipe Munoz, Executive Director Prime Soccer Academy; and Matt Hollyoak, Executive Director, Clay County Soccer Club

From: Concerned Members of the St Johns County soccer community

We who have witnessed many of the recent events in St. Johns County, and as former members of Florida Elite Soccer Academy (FESA), we could not stand silently by any longer to witness Sean Bubb with FESA attempt to create a youth soccer club monopoly in St Johns County. Additionally, we have attached copies of the below documents as we believe an explanation/investigation is owed.

Please see the links below to the Form 990s for Florida Elite Soccer Academy (FESA) years 2017 and 2018 Part VII, Section A, (the most recent publicly available IRS record); which list Sean Bubb’s salary as $190,439 (2017) and $177,846 (2018). (For context,

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ salary is approximately $130,000.) We are unaware of any non-profit youth soccer directors who make this salary and are curious as to his additional incentives, which may not be listed in the Form 990.

Please also note travel expenses listed in Part IX, 17, of the Form 990 for 2017 and 2018, which are $281,233 and $390,146. As discussed with several FESA team managers, all club travel expenses are paid directly by the teams through the individual team accounts so we are unsure what these fees pertain to. Also, what are the occupancy fees listed in line 16 ($87,899 and $112,156 respectively)?

Please see Tournament Fees on Part IX, 24 b. Our understanding from our prior experience is that our individual teams pay all of their own tournament fees. Why are there fees listed for tournaments for $322,107 (2017) and $499,297 (2018)?

In 2020, FESA obtained a PPP loan in the amount of $502,100 (Loan Number 6979197304). What was the purpose of this loan when all of the Spring 2020 registration fees were kept by FESA and no refunds were provided to customers? We also understand some employees were fired/laid off. We do not understand why the club was entitled to these funds or what purpose they served.

                        https://www.actionnewsjax.com/news/health/local-families-say-they-were-not-reimbursed-after-soccer-academy-season-postponed-due-covid-19/3DEDEDGEUBGWPP6DB2CI6JAZNM/

Please see the links below to the corporate registration for Florida Club League (FCL) where Sean Bubb is a Director. It has come to our attention that he has allegedly directed FCL to pull or threaten to pull local area clubs including JFC, Ponte Vedra Storm, Ancient City, and Clay County Soccer Club from leagues within FCL. These actions are unprecedented and only serve to further Sean Bubb’s personal agenda to monopolize youth soccer in our area, while harming local children and families.

We believe there is a potential conflict of interest with Sean Bubbs' roles as Executive Director of FESA, Director of FCL and owner of 42 Sports Management LLC. (see links below). Part VI, Section B 12 a,b, and c discusses FESA’s written conflict of interest policies and section c states that FESA regularly and consistently monitors and enforces compliance with this policy. We believe that the FESA board should describe how this was done as schedule O does not appear to be included in the publicly available form 990.

We believe, but are unable to independently verify that the above-referenced tax documents could possibly be evidence that Sean Bubb has improperly benefited for years from St. Johns County tax payer dollars. We expect that the appropriate investigation will be opened into the finances of FESA to verify that all payments made from this 501(c) non-profit entity were appropriate.

Additionally, we are extremely concerned with FESA’s interference with the relationship between Ancient City, Prime Soccer Academy, Jacksonville Football Club (JFC), Ponte Vedra Storm and St. Johns County over the use of Davis Park, Gamble Rogers, Joe Pomar, Rivertown Fields, and other St. Johns County soccer fields. We expect that the St. Johns County Commissioners, Advisory Board and Parks and Recreations staff will confirm that local St Johns County soccer clubs, such as Ancient City SC, Ponte Vedra Storm, and Prime Soccer Academy will have the ability to continue to service their St. Johns County taxpayer/ resident members at their existing St Johns County field locations.

FESA is a good club in a great community and is full of many excellent coaches and families. The coaches, parents, and kids deserve an executive director who is focused on giving the kids a positive soccer experience rather than just growing the biggest soccer club in the Southeast. Being bigger than any other club and trying to monopolize youth soccer in this area is not in the best interest of the kids in our community. We believe that each family should have the choice as to which club/program is appropriate for their child.

If anyone wants to talk to us, please respond to this email address with questions or comments as it will be monitored. Some of us have been intimidated and threatened by Sean Bubb and we are scared of potential retaliation against our children, and their athletic futures. We are hopeful that the FESA board, as well as the appropriate agencies/news organizations that are copied on this email will investigate. Additionally, we understand that St Johns County Soccer Club Directors copied herein would be willing to speak in support of this email and can provide additional supplemental information.

hey Mr. Threat... Can you please advised where the need of an attorney is needed here? Except maybe a criminal defense attorney for Bubb?

I don't see false accusations, it looks like a simple explanation from the 990...
