The parent cabal at JFC is emergency meeting right now to discuss the ECNL R termination and have formed a mexican firing squad. Actually, all of their kids are on top teams so they could care less about ECNL R for B-teamers. Let them eat cake! EDP is not so bad. Next on the agenda.......

Meeting last night with ECNLR parents

JFC received call from Florida Clubs League saying they were being removed from ECNLR. Florida Clubs League did not follow proper procedures with notice in writing and also a formal hearing. The reason given for removal is not one according to the bylaws that a club can be removed.

JFC has gotten ECNL involved and ECNL does not like the precedent that Florida Clubs League is trying to set.

We shall see how this all plays out?

So what are JFC ECNL R players options?

-Wait and hope
-relegated to local EDP league and hope it's good
-tryout for FESA/Clay/Prime and hope you make their team
-quit soccer and hope you don't miss it as much as you thought you would.

FCL says fine, you can't play ECNL R with us then. JFC wants to have their cake and eat it too. It cuts both ways. Either you are all-in with them or all out. Can't pick and choose.
