If he cannot recruit from BOTN (cheap? many clubs do not pay larry miller for marketing because they think he's a terrible person), and if he's not good with computers or marketing, then clearly his teams are getting good from the training. It's not like LGN on average has a ridiculous number of kids at tryouts like some other clubs. It's not a huge club... Kids find out about the club through word of mouth. They come down and see for themselves. Them, as well as their parents have the option, and they choose to stay. What is the problem?
BTW, every high level club is constantly recruiting, even during the season.

That's not to say there isn't some talent on that team, but for the most part its a few kids carrying it. And yes, I have seen them play. And before you ask they earn those points by having guests during these high bracket tournaments to get those points which parents don't like but hey, they get to 1st place so who cares.

Do you really think you are qualified to make a statement like that? would you stand by your statements if you had to put your name to them? are you just bitter because your kid didn't make the cut? would you be saying this if he was still on the team?

The real reason
That’s because DP brought over so many kids last year and saved teams from folding or helped teams get better .

But yes TG your team has more GotSoccer Points and you suckered the parents into picking up your bar tab at all those tournaments that you accumulated points. Great performance
