Recruit much less? TG routinely adds 3+ kids to teams mid-season. Sometimes much more than that.

If you need to add 3+ kids mid season then you are replacing suckers that found out too late. Keep chasing those points.

If he cannot recruit from BOTN (cheap? many clubs do not pay larry miller for marketing because they think he's a terrible person), and if he's not good with computers or marketing, then clearly his teams are getting good from the training. It's not like LGN on average has a ridiculous number of kids at tryouts like some other clubs. It's not a huge club... Kids find out about the club through word of mouth. They come down and see for themselves. Them, as well as their parents have the option, and they choose to stay. What is the problem?

Sorry I'm not buying that. This guy apparently has the parents who think points mean everything and their kids do not care if they are taught how to play correctly. That's not to say there isn't some talent on that team, but for the most part its a few kids carrying it. And yes, I have seen them play. The 2003 team is a great team. But it is also a prime example of a team that keeps bringing in players long after tryouts. Last fall they added at least 5 players late summer/early fall after initially telling a bunch of the Legion players that they were also going to get significant playing time with the Dynamite.

I don’t get your point . Yes true not all clubs use BOTN but they sure as hell are more prepared and organized than LGN. Don’t all clubs have some good teams? It’s just the way it is . LGN is not a superior club team . There on the same level as the rest which btw is ok. There no such thing as a top club team .

you guys are so clueless its laughable. Literally the only club doing it the right way. So much effort. So much development. They recruit much less than susa, barca, albertson, east meadow, etc..., yet they still outperform.

I know this will get ignored because it doesn’t fit the fake news narrative TG is pushing out. How many D1 college players from this years graduating class? How many actually playing college soccer?

But yes TG your team has more GotSoccer Points and you suckered the parents into picking up your bar tab at all those tournaments that you accumulated points. Great performance
