BS has had zero success as an ECNL coach. Stop blaming the previous coaches and players. His loss record is almost 100% over the past couple of seasons. Clearly out of his depth. It’s not that hard to get results and success in girls soccer. Being picketts BFF should not be a qualification to coach.

Send the club technical trainers to the ECNL girls teams practices to shape them up if BS can not.

Many discovery players and players drive from far from Georgia to be on the roster. On MP's 03 team three players come from Tallahassee. Two moved to Jacksonville for senior years to play for his high school and for FESA.

False narrative. The team has one DP from Georgia. Two girls who played with his 02s made the move from the Panhandle. Two others moved from FSUland and Arkansas but thed been on the 03 team. All our juniors but one.

It’s just reality. These ECNL teams are all struggling and it’s not coaching. Next week, next month, next year, so on so forth all of you very angry and unreasonable/ unrealistic parents will be moaning and complaining about whatever coach because your kid just isn’t good enough. He is not out of his depth, he’s one of the best. The kids on the 06 team are just not good. Plain and simple. The next coach who inherits them will be hammered on TS too.

A good coach cannot make everyone better. He can only work with what he's got. By the time they hit 15/16, for most it's too late because the primadonnas think and act like they know better than the coach. And theyre being told by the parents that they do. Welcome to Saint Johns County!

Small girls? At 12/13 they have still have growth.

Isn't that the DOC job? To manage and oversee the coaches and ensure player development?

How can this happen when all his energy is spent on coaching 2-3 teams. I'm not arguing with his results with his teams so why not make sure that winning formula is available to all.

There’s a reason he chooses the teams he does to coach. Some good natural players on the younger FESA boys teams through sheer numbers at tryouts. He wouldn’t take a weaker age group and develop them.

And you clearly know nothing at all if you think coaches can miraculously get kids who are average to consistently overachieve in every aspect of the game to compete against top teams in the ECNL league.
