It depends on the age group and anyone who says one is better than the other in Oregon is lying to you.

Cu and Fcp Ecnl are a joke and most of them would get beat by top OYSA teams
Thorns don’t even win games and would get beat by everyone in state
Top OYSA travel teams aren’t even close to the top 25 in USYS and some would get destroyed by cu or Fcp.
