Maybe 2-3 kids on the entire team are D1 caliber. This team has overachieved if anything. Heck, if an FSA team was 6-6-4, they’d be holding a parade for them.

Just gave yourself away. Obviously not a CFC parent. If you were, you’d know there were 20 on the roster. 6 GKs are listed that play both ECNL and NPL. 3 each weekend. And the record exactly matches the talent level IMO. Not bad. Not great. As for playing time, if it has been communicated beforehand, that’s a choice whether or not to go is it not?

Maniac. There’s only a few players not getting a lot of playing time on this team. Not a huge roster with only 17 field players so you are making it obvious when you say he plays favorites.
Take it up with coach directly and stop hiding behind anonymous message board. Let the girls enjoy their last weekend playing and take a deep breath. Players improve and some don’t and it all works itself out.

Kids don’t like each other bc they work hard in practice and see the same kids play every week.

3-6-2 in the league. 6-6-4 overall. ECNL has it wrong. That’s really not terrible. Qualified for nationals. Not sure why this is even a topic. Don’t think they need an excuse.

If you look at the ECNL website. Nationals is basically a soccer vacation for teams outside of the Champions League. Those are best teams in the country and I'm sure this doubles as another recruiting opportunity for the players. I've heard from FSA parents that the lower level games are a ghost town. Coaches all parked at the top games.

Personally, I think parents need to have their heads examined for going all the way to Seattle for soccer. Makes no sense to host an event there.

Well tell that to FSA last year was not a wasted trip they won 49th place Showcase bracket. And blasted it all over their website. I am sure the kids going to schools were not relying on people coming to see them here. They already had their schools and appts well before this tourny.
