How about winning on the field and in placements? Continue to whine about the CFC fields, facility obviously it has had little impact on player development. FSA has an amazing facility and they still stink

If we are talking about looking past our branch players only to actively recruit other players and keep selling branch players the dream of making a united team, all the while ringing the til, then CFC is the number one scum bag in ct

Sounds like someone thought their kid was a lock for a roster spot until other talent showed up at the door. United should not be just for CFC club players it should be for the states best players. ECNL teams should not be loyal to club kids. They should strive to make their team better each season. This isn't U10 anymore and if your kid can't cut it then maybe it's not the place for them.

Telling your kid to tryout is offering false hope? How is a CFC branch coach supposed to know the amount of talent that might show up at any given tryout? Do some research on the team before you go. Check to see how they performed in the conference the previous season. It's really not that difficult. If it is U14 you can bet they aren't taking anymore than your 5-7 best players.

that team is supposed to be the best of the branches (all star team of the branches) you aren't even the 10th best field player on your team , seriously
a realistic assessment of where your kid sits is required by most parents
