I am a parent from Jax that wanted to se Real Madrid again in case that we had to play them again.
There was only one team on the field and when real had missed at least 5-6 great goal opportunities a long ball landed outside the box and the ref sanctioned with a questionable penalty kick, same story in the second third and forth goals all long kicks over the keeper from half field some of them the red card was at the 20th minute in the second half and real had score two goals already and the red card was a thru ball that was leaving a player along in front of the goal.
The rest was all a battery of shots by real and West Florida did not cross half field

West Florida was the easiest team in the group the two best teams were Jax and Real Madrid and HCU was plain DIRTY very dirty

My list is. 1. Jax 2.Real Madrid. 3. Florida Rush 4. Weston Academy 5. HCU 6. West Florida
    7. Kendall

WFP was the 'easiest team in the group' that you only beat 1-0 when they had only had 3 subs 102 degree heat. YA MAN!!! YOURE SOOOO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!

top 2 teams in state are fusion and florida rush. you people are stupid, west florida premier? are you serious hahahahahahahahahaha. dont go by got soccer rankings cause they only rank by tournaments. fusion and florida rush make final 4 every year, also real madrid. lee county is garbage a bunch of washed up 19 year olds playing because they didnt make it in college. wfp was beaten by fusion in the disney tournament and fusion also qualified for the showcase regardless. when state cup comes around, it'll be the same deal again. florida rush, fusion, real madrid and another team to fill out the 4th spot. you guys crack me up

          Actually

Actually Fussion/Blackwatch and Real Madrid are the only teams in the State of Florida Final 4 for the last 3 years and something must be said for consistency

Those two plus Rush and maybe Weston Academy are the only that can compete

WFP, Kendall and HCU are 2 division teams

Hasn't the Rush team won state cup the last 2 years? Didn't they win their side of the Disney Qualifyer? Until the other teams beat them, I think they are the best.

By the age of 17 - 18 players should be playing pro, but remember we are in USA where soccer is the other way around, by the age of 30 you start playing pro

                          Weston 93's are REALLY good

Took the youngsters to see the Weston 93's today with a heavily touted Concord team in town. Weston demolished them 5-0 and it should have been worse. I rookie linesperson permitted no penetration on her side...offsides...the goals had to be scored on the other side of the field. Anyway, this Weston team is REALLY good. There's a lot of D1 talent on that team. There's already a commitment to UVA and Stanford on the team. They have several players in Top Drawers top 100 in the nation and the top 20 in the region. The team is superior technically and tactically. Forward #14 (X. Silva) was amazing...magnificent touch...assisting on a least 2 goals and scoring one of his own. His first came after he beat a defender 1 v 1 and chipped the defender dropping the ball right on the head of S. Sinclair. A second was more of a "you had to be there" assist...penetrating pass in really small space...no idea how he saw his teammate. Team had F. Noguerol come off the bench...sick turn on a ball served near his thigh, figure 8 around the defender, and then beat the keeper. You would have to see it. This team is just loaded and cannot be ignored in a discussion about top U18 teams.
