What is happening at Galway and did another coach leave? Why is everything a riddle just say what is happening.

Galway are losing their director of slush puppies CJ
Not a big loss and he will probably be with another club in 2 years as that's about as much staying power as he has

Galway will be fine without CJ. He's a good guy but a very average coach. I think they thought he'd bring far more to the club but he has basically coasted for 2 years.

He needs guidance and is not a leader of people. If another club has hired him to lead he'll be found out in about a month.

Having Galway on your resume doesn't exactly open any doors. He may just wait tables.

When Galway got him they did nothing but praise him now that he is moving on he is not a leader and other clubs will find out. That club is a joke they have aco owner coach who should be selling the slushes and hot dogs and let good qualified coaches leave and wonder why the club is struggling. Wake up

I think you are being kind. CJ is mediocre when he's flying. Most of the time he's in a coma. One of the most uninspiring coaches my kid has played for.
