Revs training is lukewarm. Rosters are huge and there are limited subs. U14 is way too young for that.

Don't display your obnoxiousness so clearly. The prior poster is absolutely correct. However, to support you a little bit, players at this age and up to U15 should be in a scenario where they are practicing at least three times per week, playing on a competitive team in a competitive league.....and.....yes.....being an active player in each and every game. Riding the bench and claiming 'that it is the practices' is a bit naive.
What are competitive leagues? DAP, PreAcademy, Region 1 top division, EDP first division....altenratively, attending 4 or 5 competitive tournaments per year.
No matter how you slice it, your kid has to get playtime during the games.
