But - you have to sign up by U9 or it's too late. They don't recruit or accept players that they haven't developed internally. If you aren't there by U9, they can't let you join because that wouldn't be considered "developing" your daughter. They'd look too much like Stars, which can't develop talent but somehow takes top players from everywhere else and gets them all D1 Scholarships.
