Thanks for providing excuses. Where is the soccer development? Maybe you can challenge the other DA teams to a a beep test, a Man U run, a 5k or a 10k since all they do is condition. Most of them need it right? Don't most of them need soccer development? Cross fit training is not soccer development.

I think that is admirable that she gives up her time and shares her experience to help coach a youth team, but also to be fair their are many others who also coach and have full time jobs.
