Caitlyn Frisina was reported missing on Sunday by her parents in Columbia County after the teen erased all the data on her cellphone before leaving Saturday night, authorities said. On Sunday the teenage girl withdrew $200 from an ATM in St. Marys, Georgia, authorities said.
