Only the parents that aren't delusional about the role of soccer in their son's future. The ones that know that soccer is important until about age 25, then their son will want a promising professional career and above average income.

For the delusional parents they'll want their son to "skip that crap college soccer and go pro in the MLS!" And then go to work as a Heating/Cooling Tech after soccer.

Mallon wants to lead players so they can reach collegiate and US National Teams? How about just get them ready to play professionally with the Rowdies. That is who is signing the paychecks right? These college coaches set such a low bar in trying to get their kids soccer ready for college ... that should be the fall back option of the DA squads.

College is a fall back to DA? On what far away planet? If we are talking about young men and women engaging in in meaningful employment in their adult years, DA should be fall back option to college.

Just read it and I did not see anywhere that mentioned that TBU Rowdies were getting a full DA. Can you please send us the link that states that. If you don't have a link, who told you this and what is your source?

Looks as if the Southeast DA conference is going to get another entry. Looks like Nashville is getting one of the expansion slots. That is terrible news once again for the TBU Full DA hopes and dreams. Can't wait to go play games in Nashville.

Based on what? Younger boys DA teams bottom of the pile and older boys getting smashed in ECNL apart from U17 team. Club has zero track record on boys side of producing talent. Plus whether you like to admit it or not Chargers have done a decent job in Tampa Bay Area with their program. TBU just removed their director in very dubious circumstances so I'd say very long shot to be awarded a full program.
