CC doesn't coach. Doesn't teach the kids a thing, just complains at them. Doesn't interact with any parents. It really doesn't matter if she's there because any ECNL player over 13 can manage their own substitutions.

Most are not smart enough to pull back and reset or try to change the point of attack. Every possession should not end in a futile manner. A series of give and goes once in a while would be freshing rather than trying to complete a 50-yard "pass" in the air or 25-yard ball on the ground across the middle trying to thread 4 needles.
