JC has a double face, be aware. He's the worst coach my daughter ever had. Teaches kick and run, and has zero appreciation for players with skills. I think he can't even properly evaluate players. Brings bad hs habits into the club. FSA should get rid of this type of coach, long time ago.

        Another vote for CC.

CC doesn't coach. Doesn't teach the kids a thing, just complains at them. Doesn't interact with any parents. It really doesn't matter if she's there because any ECNL player over 13 can manage their own substitutions.

Md is by far the worst. Great setting team rules and making himself relevant with ncaa executives though

EF and CC, both equally bad. Unless you're one of EF's daughters, since that's her only focus

Not true. She just added ANOTHER Pomfret player to our roster who rarely comes to practice ..... Plays a ton in ganes when she shows up though (almost as much as her own kid).

There is plenty of favoritism with the u littles coaches SJ and ML as well.

Ahh yes the Ulittles where the same kids play on all three teams. ML is the master of playing his 4 or 6 best kids in every game.

Stereotypical for FSA, these are not the actual best players (it is little kids after all and the differences are not as great as he perceives) but just the biggest and fastest (who are mostly not the smartest players) and they are allowed to (encouraged to) dribble, dribble, driible.

I'm sorry but dribbling sometimes isn't a terrible thing. Not saying it should be done always, but there are times where it's warranted, just like taking a shot on net when you see an open space. Another thing that's frowned upon at the ulittles level.

Of course its not when you have some space or its 1:1 to goal a short distance away. Not great for center backs to dribble out a lot or for anyone to dribble into middle of 3 or 4 defenders which FSA players do too much. Most are not smart enough to pull back and reset or try to change the point of attack. Every possession should not end in a futile manner. A series of give and goes once in a while would be freshing rather than trying to complete a 50-yard "pass" in the air or 25-yard ball on the ground across the middle trying to thread 4 needles.

In the modern game center backs absolutely need to have foot skills and to dribble out of pressure.
