I blame the parents 100%. Not the coach. He didn’t mention the site. You parents tag the team name in almost every post so they can easily google it. You parents write this bully stuff day in, day out. No one else. U should be fired.

This is sick. I’m done posting in here. You parents are crazy. Talking about kids this way.

Have fun. Keep pushing people away from this team because of you the parents and pushing existing people off the team because of your craziness.

I would say telling the girls that he will cut them if there parents post on this site would count as him mentioning it - maybe not by the direct name of the site - but enough to peak their curiosities and get them googling.

Imagine your daughter after a tough game or tournament where they leave everything they have on the field then all week they have to read on the internet about what the coach did or didn’t do or who played what position and all sorts of other nastiness. Then their friends find out and start reading it and they have to hear the jokes from their friends.

Who in their right mind would want that for their kid??
Here is a friendly suggestion, why don’t you go to the board since you are so concerned about the effects this thread is having on your daughter and her team?

You are friends with BB so you don’t have to fear reprisal.

The lack of club leadership is the reason the team is a mess. It all began with having CF present at the meeting where the back room deal took place - effectively filling 13 of 18 spots for the original tram. Did the club not think word of this would get out - Killing future players interest in the team?

The lack of club leadership is also the reason there is a dad coach to begin with. Several parents voiced concerns about the effect a dad coach would have on the team early last year. The clubs response was that even though CF and DM don’t personally agree with having a parent coach and even though no other bucks ECNL team had an non professional parent coach they were going to let BB continue on in his role. Did the club not think that having a dad coach could possibly turn away future players. Did the club not think of the bias and favoritism that are perceived when there is a parent coach. Most people rightly believe when you are writing checks for professional coaching no parents should be on the sidelines influencing said professional coach. It’s common sense.

And the club leadership has continued to let this mess fester. They know about the thread, BB posted on this thread on page 8. There is no way this thread should have gone as far as it has. And don’t try to say it’s “just a troll thread” anyone on the team and most people in the local soccer community knows that for the most part what is said on here has been true.
The club could have shut this down last spring but nope let’s ignore it and hope it goes away.

Wish this all hadn’t happened as this age group started with such potential. There was a top coach in place in RF. There was a lot of talent at the original tryouts from inside and outside the club and now no one will never know how good this team could have been. The club leadership only has itself to blame but they could try to right their mistakes before it is to late.

The club needs to step in very very soon before it is to late for this team.. These girls are talented and committed and deserve better than what the club has provided. The only way to save this team and attract new talent is to give it a fresh start.

If changes don’t occur who in their right mind would want their kid to stay on this team or join this team?

Are you leaving after this season if your youth soccer demands aren’t met?

This nonsense actually doesn’t occur over there. Any impression that it does was solely created by bucks parents trying to deflect from this team’s reality

The FC Bucks “defenders” - living up to their FC Bully nickname. Classic.

Huh? That was a real question to the ukies comment. I was wondering about their team. How is that being a bully?

Complete opposite BB being the coach encourages “entitlement” for his daughter and her friends. She doesn’t work hard and lags behind when running, etc.

Just an outsiders point of view here: are you parents trying to turn people away from this team? It sure seems like it. Who wants to go to a team where the parents watch the kids practices then report back on here their criticism of the individual players (“lags behind when running”)?

I see this is a parent problem not a club or coach issue.

                              Just my 2 cents.

Ok “outsider” aka Bucks defender. You are not fooling anyone. Most of the posts on here are critical of the coaches and club. Yes, sadly a few people have posted about the kids and that’s not right. But that is also one of the many pitfalls of having a dad coach. The perception is what it is.

And I don’t think having fixed tryouts, a dad coach, and the lack of a consistent training schedule are a parent problem.

                                Everyone’s entitled to their opinions.
