If you watched the games the US had no creativity in the midfield, is was sad, and very frustrating. This particular bunch are the byproduct of ECNL club soccer and the limited USWNT camp system that USSF currently uses. No way to blame the GDA for them, the current 04 teams are the ones that should advance more, but only time will tell.

From now on I will refer to NYCFC GDA as World Class Plus. World Class plus the fancy uniform. No difference otherwise. Don’t kid yourself that there is. Same fields, Same staff, same locker rooms Everything the same but the uniforms. No worries though. Next year we will all be on the same page and the kids will be wearing the same kits

I prefer World Classier, that is a much more accurate, the ECNL parents look like a bunch of peasants, drabs and hags, ugh....

Tryouts mid season? Really? Anyone good that is unhappy with their current situation will reach out directly with the coach of that team. At a mid season tryout no one good will be there. This looks weak.

Most of these girls have been on a DA for a year and a half. DA takes no accountability? I agree the play was shockingly bad, but blame is all over and mostly with US Soccer. First the u20 girls miss out on advancing and now the u17. This is not good for the future of matter how it is sliced.

They played ECNL style, that doesn’t cut it against skilled players, who are just as fast and fast as tough, and Mark Carr has got to go, he's the real problem.

They dropped the best 04 player on the East Coast because she chose to stay with Stars ECNL, and they told her that. If you think the WNT will be getting better when they are choosing players based on politics, you are crazy

Dummy. She is not ecnl nor were the plyers on that team..

Obviously to win internationally, players that come from the type of leagues and clubs available in Germany and Korea are needed and we don't have to want that.
