Someone’s got to be the punching bag of the league and CC girls fit the bill. CC should have known this league was a bit of a stretch for them but if they have parents willing to pay and travel all over Florida to get killed every week, I guess more power to them. I just think it will fall apart next year unless they get better coaches. Can’t have Daddy coaches, travel all over Florida and get killed and think they will keep players...

CC did not win a game verse TBU. TBU was 5-0-1 against CC

Sad that only light CC had was a draw against TBU’s 2nd ‘06 team. The CC ‘05 4-0 loss is proof that ECNL-R doesn’t belong at CC (err Dunedin).

A has been club. Failed leadership, vision and coaching. That is what happens when you are only a recruiting club and your fancy league vanishes. A sad end to a titanic club.

If they get some new leadership in there soon, they can be resurrected. That Tampa locations stinks so unless they get more and better field space, that will never be anything special. Clearwater/Countryside can be brought back to being the best Pinellas county club (though never back to what it was as the best bay area club because the area isn't growing and is aging). Lakewood Ranch could become a real powerhouse. There is no reason LWR alone can't be what TBU and FP have become. Sarasota and whatever new club spun off from it are nothing special. Braden River is a nice club but lacks the league access, history and brand of the Chargers so they should get out-competed.
