There was no reason to reinvent the wheel, all they had to do was bring in some experienced coaches from Europe to train local coaches and to help startup the academy. It would also be very helpful if they finally bring in the head coach...first of all because the season starts in like 3 months and there is still no MLS team, second so that he can take over and starts evaluating the current coaches and dictating a standard for the academy.
