    Nice sentiment.

So they win the title. D1 Champions.

    So what.

A banner to hang. A plaque to mount.

    What then.

A top 1-3 University in the world boosts it’s
    application pool the next year.

Reality - nothing is gained except the banner
    and plaque.

And he keeps his job, maybe even moves up to a bigger program. That's what drives coaches

The kids also have to have the grades. Whiny CFC parents might want to try Yale instead

CT is a very small state with a very limited player pool. Only a handful of kids in entire state go to marquee Division 1 schools. A coach like Driscoll knows how limited CT is.

Yeah cause he contributed to limiting potential of the top players in the state. CFC touches at least 50% of the top 50 players in the state for ever age group and they don't help them become better players and reach there maximum potential just showcase what they have and make a ton of money at the same time.

I continue to be amazed at how truly stupid some of you people must be and yet still able to function. The kids at Princeton that SD recruited will be arriving next fall. There are a few recruits of his in this year’s class, but recruiting is done so early, 80%+ of the players there were there when he got there or recruited before he got there. Give it another 3 years and you can make the comment about CT players. As someone else pointed out, there is that pesky little school in New Haven that has easier access to the CT kids. But I would imagine there will be a few kids headed down the turnpike in the next year or two.

                  Not sure what’s left.

A national title or two, no question.

Otherwise, Princeton is a top 10 soccer program
and the University is in top 10 - globally.

Sean has done a great job there. His next and
last step in coaching is with the USWNT.

How about providing a complete, coherent point or question. What are you trying to say?

I got that, but the OP had already stated that there were "a few" in this years class. The point was already made. I thought he maybe had something new and of substance to add...I guess I was wrong.
