In the interest of privacy (especially today!) I would assume most clubs try to restrict email addresses...etc between team/club parents. I just find it odd that we recently tried to reach out through proper club channels to offer more engagement of D's teammates through some extra club "sessions" (would bring in more $ too), & was led to believe that it is not possible to send notice from one parent to rest of parents concerned. Any thoughts on common club practice?

Only trying to update D's teammates of her extra added schedule. That way others can possibly practice together instead of different days. We are just going to reach out verbally, just thought it odd & a bit paranoid. We'll check out the app associated with club, nice suggestion

Paranoid is the right word to describe it, especially if it's the owner of my daughter's former club.

It is sad that we are at this point that communciation is restricted. This stems from shady clubs who recruit players and ask to bring teamates with them. Until NEP starts fining coaches and clubs this type of activity will continue. I would say maybe paranoid for good with clubs like Stars and coaches like GB running around.
