Or did they invite them and ECNL teams (not all are in New Jersey it seems) declined? Whatever the answer it seems we will have to settle for these random matchups as a measure of which is top of the Oregon heap.
There are several ECNL players on ODP teams in friendship
    Cup.

Onyx played in Friendship Cup several years ago and rolled the ODP TEAM, the following year they were uninvited

There is a huge difference between 1-2 (if that) ECNL players playing on an ODP team, and the entire ECNL team playing in friendship cup.

Yes a club team will usually place only 1 or 2 of its best players on a state ODP team. Great Point.

That's a knee slapper. I can't believe you kept a straight face while typing that. Unless by best players you mean B teamers and bench warmers.

Most the starters on girls on the WA g03 are starters on their ECNL teams.

I think you clicked on the wrong state page. This is Oregon Talking Soccer. And as we all know, Oregon ODP is a train wreck. An embarrassment. A chicken with its head chopped off that is running around pell-mell because he doesn't realize he's dead yet. A Timbers money grab. A waste of time. A B teamers paradise.

You're missing a couple of cliches but covered the most common. Incredible insight.

If Crossfire ECNL is so amazing than why are so many of its players flocking to ADF for extra training?

                        Because of this.

Crossfire united has never had consistent good teams. It's certainly gotten worse since they were duped into Ecnl.

The one good team they had is as close to a norm as a lunar eclipse.

They've spent all their time saying the college placements was because of Ecnl but it was actually because of a team that was assembled at u11 and played in state until u17.

Now they are forced to explain why all the teams are terrible and are not being developed.

Coaching staff went from Tom to now these jokers who sell propaganda but end up actually developing.

Following teams are not getting the success. New director is trying to give away spots for the Ecnl league but is getting turned down.

What was once sold as the best development pathway is turning out players who aren't and they are trying to get players from other clubs to hide it.

pathetic CU ECNL parents spend $7500 year on ECNL and another $2k/ year on outside training.

Doesn't matter. Both clubs are guilty.

When you fly to New Jersey to play a team worse then 4-5 teams in your own state while not playing a large number of players all together you should start reevaluating things.

When your team cannot find a goal over the course of a season because you are playing teams out of your class, meanwhile a large number of players don't play all together, you should start reevaluating things.
