Not only will they replace her, but the next person will bring the program to another level. LL is a good kids coach, but not a great older girls coach. You can say she won a state title, but the players she had were very strong and anyone could have coached that team.

Easy to say after the fact that anyone could've coached that much talent and won. The fact is she won and she attracted players to NDA. Is there another level beyond champion?

It's best to say thank you for the job done and good luck. She's a good coach who brought talent to the school and did well. No one can predict the future but the past was good for Liz, the players and the school. One chapter closes and another one begins. Best of luck to all involved!

Yes - multiple championships and deep runs every year. NDA attracts strong players and maybe LL got the ball rolling, which is why I say the next coach will be far more successful. I would imagine they'll be a better at coaching older kids which LL is not very good at doing. She's better off coaching the little kids.

K.D.T is the new coach at NDA
Havent heard of her before. She has coached at Northeastern and Harvard. Not sure where she has been coaching most recently. Fun fact: supposedly she was an assistant at Harvard while LL was there.

She played at Vermont and was an asst. coach at Harvard and Northeastern, most recently she was in Admissions and coached at Dexter/Southfield school, when she was at Southfield the team won three NEPSAC Class D championships.
