If the Revs were losing money or causing big headaches I think he's sell. But it probably makes a little cash and like you said keeps that empty place busy a few additional times. I don't think the Krafts will ever sell the Revs. The Revs may not have more than 10,000 or 15,000 fans a game but the revenue at Patriot Place those fans bring in 20 dates during the Patriots offseason is something I have hard time imagining them letting go of that cash flow.

He needs 25,000 paying ticket holders on any given Revs home game to BREAK EVEN for that day. He averages much less that that so he's losing money on the revs.

Any big name concert sells Gillette 60000 out and is a more perfect venue than a revs game with 12000 at most.

Fenway or other public transport accessible city arena and the right owner. Boston could rule the US soccer world with Seattle and LA.
