Certainly we were thankful for that! BSC is a very good team, one that was quite possibly seeded incorrectly in fall. Whether they were better or not is an interesting question--Copa got the result--but it's an interesting contrast in style. BSC probably would give ADF a lot of trouble too. This isn't a flame, but an observation based on the fact that ADF, like Copa, relies a lot on "technical" players--ADF's tiny midfielder, talented as he is, would simply get dominated physically by BSC's fast, powerful defenders and mids.Originally posted by Unregistered View Post

The best way to beat BSC is to pass around them--either that or be faster than they are. (BSC suffered two of its losses at the hands of LYS and RVT, both teams built on speed).Comment

Seriously, after this year I think every boy knows their place better than their fanticiful parents. The special ones have been selected and the rest either choose to stay in DA because the commitment of Timbers is too large (which it is - I'd never see my boy) or they are really good to compete at a secondary level that probably will feed a few players that matured (shockingly) after puberty!Originally posted by Unregistered View Post
