This is why we left FESA. Did not agree with their “philosophy”. They stack their teams before games for the win. Lower level teams are stacked with ECNL players so “the players can excel in all playing fields” when it’s really just for the win. What a joke.

That is why we also left FESA. No Development of players! we are happy at US DA. Parents that know soccer will realize that their coaching is very poor.

if your kid really has any talent, I will go with DA. ECNL Dev is a joke. Coaching...what coaching? They formed the team from the best talent around so there is no actual development.

Exactly! Seems straight out of the FESA playbook. Take along a few A team players to play for the B team to win some worthless tournament. It must be bad enough relegated to B team at FESA but then spend all the money to travel to tournament for your kids regular spot and playing time get hosed by some ringer from the A team. Way to go FESA. That's the way to develop talent and your club. You are the best!

That's good since I heard the tournament only had Top and Bottom groups. FESA Elite 1 and Elite 2 and Premiere were put in the lower group so they put NPL girls in the Top Tier against other clubs' top teams. (although a few ECNL players vs an entire top team had to be rough).

Did the Armada "NPL" girls play a tournament? I thought all the strong teams went to Alliance this weekend. Maybe it was another Armada-sponsored tournament where other clubs were out of town?

Of course they did! Most clubs would promote C team players to fill the "need" to replace injured B team players. Not FESA. Let's just demote some A team players and try to win when they would otherwise lose in the meaningless tournament. Yep.
