Hahahahaha 8,000 strong but it can rise to be more with the right leadership. There are amazing coaches, and the FESA families won't accept anything less than complete transparency and integrity of its leaders.

Trust me. There are just a few, select FESA coaches making the big bucks including Bubb. Most of the others are not doing it becasue they like the minimum wage money but rather because they love to coach. Some are good coaches and others not but their willingness to coach for scraps is part of Bubb's formula for keeping more for himself.

It's still much less than some of the big clubs. I'm sure Bolo is making somewhere in the $140k range. I've seen some of the huge clubs pay north of $300k.

Is that you Bubb? Of course you have seen clubs pay more. It's almost not so bad the obscene amount of money while other unqualified coaches who actually spend all the time with kids get paid peanuts comparatively. The biggest issue is the this is a losing ECNL club and all the social media marketing non-sense won't change or cover that up.

FESA is not a losing ECNL club. It was the Florida ECNL club that sent four teams to ECNL Nationals, more than any other ECNL club in Florida.

Hate to tell you this. ECNL will take your money without any expectation that there be a reciprocal gesture. Midtable to low teams go ECNL Nationals...just as long as they can pay the National bubbery fee.

There are some excellent clubs and teams at the national finals. They don’t get that far without being elite. It is about the players getting extra showcase and exposure when a team qualifies for the national finals.

190K would be a bit on the extreme high end for a job like executive director of a soccer club. He has no accountability to the many players and families and does not interact with them. He coaches his three teams but he has operations managers and many other staff doing everything. Who could do a job like that for 190K?
