    Anyone know anything about him?

Good coach. Came from fusion. Coached U11 last year. Weak team but well coached. U12 B team coach this year. Same situation. Don't look for miracles.

Was disappointed in his training with our older team this year. He is very quick to point out and emphasize negativity without suggesting what could be done instead. He also will call out players who he feels did something wrong. Just too much negativity. Many of our kids said they would not return if he came back. Tactically, he wasn't able to affect changes during a game when we were inneffective. Good luck with him. Hope he does better in Brandon.

Language is a problem as he has a heavy accent. He appears to be a nice guy. Fusion did not ask him back if that says anything?

Great coach! when a player is not performing he let him know what is wrong and how to perform better. Trully a good coach! Maybe the post on top.... maybe that kid was one of the ones that shouldn't be on the team due to low performance

No, sorry. He singled out different kids depending on the game. My point is a coach should not single out a single player for a 'bad moment that cost us the game' in the post-game huddle. Not a good way to build up team chemistry or the kid's confidence. Should the player be chastised publicly, or perhaps pulled aside and have a conversation with the kid? Remember it is a team game.

He started losing these kids early in the season and it just got worse. By the way, he constantly yells at the kids what they're doing wrong in a game, with very little to no encouragement. Many of members of his Fusion team this year were thrilled that he was not coming back.

Maybe he's better at coaching younger kids. He did not connect with the older ones at all.

Any idea what age group(s) he'll have at Brandon?

good coach ,has a lot of experience never lies to the kids always teaching good soccer ,maybe some players and parents dont like when the coach tell them the truth. Thats not being negative. That means he's being realistic, for experience he coached my son and now my son is one of the ODP players.

Are you kidding! Look at the results from his U11B team that played in CDL, they only won one game between regular season and tournaments. They didnt just lose, the were stomped on week after week, 0 - 14, 0 - 12 etc.

Congrats to Brandon for picking up a great coach!

He was at Fusion 2 years, prior to that he was with New Tampa for many years. Both of his teams had several skilled players, he just couldnt pull them together to work as a team. The constant yelling and screaming I'm sure helped to develope his players.

Great coach who are you kidding. He was a paid coach for Fusion and was not asked back. Shocking that he got a job with Brandon considering his buddy JG went there too. Seems someone got a 2 for one deal.

Make that the 3 Amigos - MS went there too.

Are you sure youre not his mom? sounds like youre covering up for him pretty fiercely. The OP asked for experience with him, ours was not good. Wasn't even my kid getting singled out, but we all heard his demeaning attitude, and it wasn't even a loss! The fusion kids are glad to see him not be their coach again. Go ahead and try to kiss up for that one!

Fusion never got a chance to ask him back...he took Brandon job because Fusion is going down the tubes fast. Blackwatch is obviously back in charge, putting in their coaches and getting ready to have "B" teams all over again. The smart Fusion coaches realize Fusion will never change and got out early before the club starts begging HCU or another local powerhouse for a merger. Like any other coach some like him and some dont...big suprise, I think you can say that about every youth coach in america.
