Good coach. Came from fusion. Coached U11 last year. Weak team but well coached. U12 B team coach this year. Same situation. Don't look for miracles.

Originally posted by Unregistered View PostWas disappointed in his training with our older team this year. He is very quick to point out and emphasize negativity without suggesting what could be done instead. He also will call out players who he feels did something wrong. Just too much negativity. Many of our kids said they would not return if he came back. Tactically, he wasn't able to affect changes during a game when we were inneffective. Good luck with him. Hope he does better in Brandon.

He started losing these kids early in the season and it just got worse. By the way, he constantly yells at the kids what they're doing wrong in a game, with very little to no encouragement. Many of members of his Fusion team this year were thrilled that he was not coming back.
Maybe he's better at coaching younger kids. He did not connect with the older ones at all.
Any idea what age group(s) he'll have at Brandon?

Should the player be chastised publicly, or perhaps pulled aside and have a conversation with the kid? Remember it is a team game.

Are you kidding! Look at the results from his U11B team that played in CDL, they only won one game between regular season and tournaments. They didnt just lose, the were stomped on week after week, 0 - 14, 0 - 12 etc.
Congrats to Brandon for picking up a great coach!

Great coach who are you kidding. He was a paid coach for Fusion and was not asked back. Shocking that he got a job with Brandon considering his buddy JG went there too. Seems someone got a 2 for one deal.
