There's no cut at FSA - they just demote you to a lower team

Another poster here ... after several years at the club with multiple kids, we took our ECNL starter and her siblings and went elsewhere .... her team was just not learning the game there and I could see the direction her siblings teams were heading were exactly the same. We learned a lot about the game there ... surprising that guys who spent their whole lives playing and coaching it never did.

I can see what you mean and our family is just getting started. I just do not see another place for my U9 and under kids to play in that community that offers a certain level of competition or team member. Private training can fill in a bunch of gaps, but the team play instruction is largely still missing from what I can tell. Frankly it wouldn’t take much to fix it, but it’s almost like they are philosophically against it? Hence more foot work drills when everyone is already all set. What about 1-2 or diagonal runs?

FSA will resume their training next week. Nothing to see here move on.

Three players at a time? good luck with that. Do the coaches get paid enough to work 4p.m to midnight?

They also have more teams and kids are only available after school and up to a certain point night depending on age. With 3 players and a coach limits it will take 6 hours to "train" one 18 player team with only a one hour practice. Coaches only have so many hours and stamina as well.

It’s 4 players and a coach, so that helps a bit,

its 4 players for 1 hour. They can train half a team in 2 hrs. Not a big deal. Every player should be able to train at least 2-3 hours a week. Coaches can do 2 hours each night, that's also not a big deal.

Its called creating a schedule. FSA has a HUGE advantage here given their number of fields, lights, and indoor space.

With the DiT’s sons getting paid all year for nothing they can do all the sessions

trainings dont necessarily have to be with their specific coach. You can design a schedule for all the coaches and all the players. I agree FSA has a huge advantage here.
