Not sure if these guys are the answer but I do know they have experience and some solid connections. I can't think of hardly any legacy A or B team coach on girls' side that is worth keeping. They are all infected by sad losing culture and just play the kumbaya game going through the motions to keep their jobs. Squeezing as many tryhards on rosters as possible. Defenders of the losing status quo.

It’s doubtful anyone would be willing to uproot and move to coach B teams. That’s why you are left with local blowhards who usually have a chip on their shoulder because they want to coach the top team in an age group. Developing players and B teams is the hardest skill in club soccer and dosent pay top dollar.
