People comply with mask rules OUT IN PUBLIC. They're taking them off to dine with friends in both restaurants and homes. Went to bars a lot too. Kids are hanging out together all the time, no masks
The state went into Phase 3 October 8th - greater capacity for indoor venues etc. As the weather started cooling more people started hanging out inside, not outside. Loads of Halloween parties, mask free. Funny how cases started going up after that ain't it?!
Not at all. That is called seasonal. Happens every year with respiratory virus.
Nothing new under the sun comrade.
And most new cases happen at homes during smallish gatherings. Just the facts
Not entirely - there are also outbreaks at large facilities like prisons and healthcare facilities, as well as colleges (thankfully mostly closed now until January). Socializing certainly isn't helping, either going to people's homes or out to eat. Sure you wear a mask when you walk into a restaurant and restaurants have scaled back on capacity. But you take it off when you sit down and then chat with someone for an hour+ with inches separating you not feet.

In california, you can still legally go to church or protest though ... so apparently, you cant get it from those things.

SCOTUS ruled states can't restrict churches. You can thank Amy Comey Barrett for that idiocy. The only protests I've seen lately have been Trumpers. Stop the Steal lol.

ACB is the single best thing Trump did. That alone is worth loosing the WH. It will pay dividends for the next 30 years. Better then anything he could accomplish is WH.

Biden will just stuff the court so the conservatives can't impose their religious beliefs on the rest of us.

Come on Snowflake. What religious beliefs are being imposed on you exactly?
Biden has no power. He won't be able to do anything meaningful. The house just got extremely tight with this election. Republicans now have 213 seats (only 5 away from taking it back). Vulnerable 2022 democrats can't hide their votes. The senate will remain republican.

I don’t think freedom to worship is forcing anything on anyone.
If you have some of that green paper that says “In God we trust”
I will gladly take all you have.
80% if Americans don’t support court packing
With the house & senate, Biden will not get anything done. 4 years of gridlock

Freedom to practice your religion shouldn't impinge on a community's right to public safety. Having limited capacity services (or on-line or outdoors like many churches have done) isn't stopping you from praying. There have been multiple documented cases of church spread. That then spreads to others in the community and strains already max'd out hospitals. Even John Roberts thought the decision was f'd up given the public health crisis.
BTW the "In God We Trust" was not on all our currency until 1956 when Congress and Eisenhower were worried about Communist infiltrators. It was put in coins during the civil war when religious sentiment was running high. The founding fathers probably would have not approved.

A community's "right to public safety" as defined by a state governor per his/her definition of what is and/or is not safe and what events qualify and which don't qualify is not in the constitution. Freedom to practice your religion is. And the constitution doesn't limit that freedom to certain conditions. Its a slam dunk SCOTUS case.

Complete disregard for healthcare professionals and frontline workers. Let people go to church, spread the disease put further strain on hospital capacity all the while putting others in harm's way all because you want to say amen. I didn't know one could not pray from home.
