    Club Rosters & Websites

I am always amazed how poorly the NH club soccer websites are with rosters and updating their information. You are in a service industry where people pay for a service and you barely keep functioning sites. This goes for SUSC, GPS, etc... all of them.

In addition the “top secret” nature of their rosters is telling about their transparency. Why wouldn’t you promote your club and the quality of players you have by listing the rosters? And before ANYONE says “go check got soccer” their info is over a year old in most cases or does not have any roster listed. Even better are the pictures of kids from their U12 profiles still up for the 01’s or 02’s.

NPL rosters are wrong, DA has no roster other than on the DA site.

Agreed. Seems a little like watching the neighbor's through the hedges.

If you really want to see a roster, go to the ECNL or DA sites. The rest fluctuate anyway.

Unfortunately this is the truth. They offer the minimum service required for maximum profitability. It's a simple economic equilibrium.

Why would SUSC or GPS post their rosters to ECNL - they don’t compete in that league! 🤣

Why do you need to know? Not being a jerk, but is there a reason that this would be something that needs to be broadcast?

Keep up. Those are the only leagues they will publicize a roster and stick to it around here

Unless required by their league, clubs have little incentive to publish rosters. Easier for another club to poach players when they have names. Plus some parents don't want their kids' names made public - which begs the question why does the thread OP care and why is he looking at club rosters? It's a necessity in HS for recruiting, but anything younger parents should be allowed to opt their kids out.

Took a simple search os SUSC rosters and the 2018 rosters for boys and girls came up. All levels. Under sports recruits rosters in their tab.

You're right the clubs provide a service that a consumer pays for. Where you're off base is thinking that publishing of player names is a service, it is not and provides the club nor consumer any value. As a consumer I would NOT want my childs information listed. When my oldest was in the recruitment cycle there were plenty of places to give his information to obtain the recruiting services. The club is providing instruction and games.
