I went to their Tryouts in FIU in north miami
    Same thing than Barcelona
The coach in charge of tryouts his name is miguel, he is a local coach that used to work at Barcelona in broward.
Basically the same thing than Barcelona, all rec ...
500 kids?? I went to tryouts and they only had like 25 kids from 2009 2008 and 2007 all together.
My sugestion... if you want competition find something else

the better olayers will be elsewhere.

Another money making stunt. If your kid is not at a high level it would be a nice experience

everyone keeps on complaining that kids are not taught how to play like in Europe. then European clubs come and make an investment and all parents do is whine more.

this will not be like Barcelona escola. idea is to bring coaches from Valencia in good numbers. and they want to compete right away.

are there challenges? of course. field space, finding correct local partners, etc. none of this is easy for a foreign club.

but this is the real deal. a European club making an investment in Miami with real uefa licensed coaches.

it may take a year or two to get rooted and there will be mistakes along the way ...but if you believe in kids learning the game better than they do at fysa clubs you should be rooting for this to succeed.

When Valenica pays for it 100% and the directors make squat from the parents we will believe and sign up. Until then your no better than any other FYSA club asking for money.

Cause guess what? Valencia in Spain does not charge kids!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ahh sorry I forgot. The Kimet!

A system used for those that train more than, more than 15-20 hours a week. Let us not forget.

UEFA license please. When you bring 7-9 coaches with FIFA license,FIFA not UEFA and the road to the "BAT" is free, we will follow you oh great one.

Just look at who set this up. One guy that was deported, the other that never played a professional game in his life.

you are wrong that kids in spain don't pay. the best kids don't pay. huge difference.
I would say 95% of the kids playing in south florida, if they played in spain, they would still be paying. The 5% would be paying less or nothing at all.

most parents on this thread would be paying no matter where their kids played. you don't get totally "free soccer" in spain unless your kid is better than what we call U.S. DA level here.

nowhere in the world do kids that play just average soccer do it for free. is it generally cheaper? yes. but so is the food. and salaries are significantly less in spain.
