Further example of player being rewarded for the achievements of a family member - soccer is so political it is ridiculous. The entire system is built to elevate these few chosen kids from soccer families including the daddy coach kids - as if there is some rare soccer gene that only these families have, and the presence of this gene over-rides on field performance. All other players play merely a supporting role in this process. And the players that get these benefits actually thrive due to them - look at Pulisic playing up as a youth - it has a real effect, and its easy to see why the politicians do it for their kids- it pays off big time. But others, perhaps more talented, dont get these same opportunities.

If you are not part of a well connected soccer family, your kids should play other sports.

Sorry your kid got cut. There is some degree of favoritism out there but it isn't rampant, not even close. Talent wins out 90% of the time

Kid not cut moron - he is in the DA, but a support player, which is a futile existence at this point. He got there by being a victim of favoritism in prior years which led to developmental differences that are manifested to this day. He didn't get fuxking demoted - he has been playing up since he is 8. I hav not seen him play in over a year but maybe he is not growing as fast as others. You are a hateful jealous little ****.

I watched the kendall / Weston 2003 " Classico ". 12/13 year olds and fully developed. The kid you are talking about has a concept of the game and great feet. He will do well to be coached by an Italian. And what dude hides his legs to conceal his ankles? It is way too early for this type of male on male analysis. I'm not sure there is ever a time for it.
