You obviously have no clue what you are talking about. There are only 20 MLS DA clubs in the country to think that every parent is going to deliver little Messi hundreds of miles 4 days a week to train to save 3500.00 bucks is insane. Yes some MLS DAs have residential programs but that is very few. The fact is that the talent in this country is so spread out that every DA has the chance to bring the best kids in from that area. For instance Weston seems to do a much better job than Boca. Orlando brings in kids from all over the state but you have to have the parents willing to make that sacrifice. OC will not make a family travel if they think they already have a kid of the same caliber already on the squad. They will encourage that kid to try out for a closer DA.

it's ben rumored since last year, OC owners want to dump the DA onto Montverde, which some of the OC players will still make the squad, but from watching Montverde's multiple teams they will fill most of the older ages with their players

This is the most ridiculous thing I have read on here. No way OC would dump DA and hold on to DA. Lots of problems with OC's academy, but this is just dumb. Not going to happen. Keep trolling.
